Squeen Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines

To register and use the squeen platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. squeen reserves the right to reject or suspend any registration application that does not meet the specified criteria.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. squeen enforces strict age verification as part of its identity verification (KYC) process.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Squeen account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, current, and your own.
• Not representing another person: You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.

Your squeen account is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur through your account, including any transactions made with or without your knowledge.

Squeen recommends you take the following security measures to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone — including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings for an added layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact the squeen support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Squeen will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All financial transactions on Squeen — whether deposits or withdrawals — are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system. Squeen accepts a range of popular digital payment methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum limit for standard deposits; however, additional limits may apply depending on your account tier.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. Withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification.

• The use of abusive, threatening, racist, or offensive language in any interaction with the support team or other users is strictly prohibited.

• Using your squeen account for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any activity that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing or selling your account information, username, or password to any other party is strictly prohibited.
• Using any automated software or tools to interfere with the normal operations of the squeen platform is strictly prohibited.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in disciplinary action, including a written warning, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.

All content on the squeen platform — including brand names, logos, graphics, interfaces, text, software code, databases, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of squeen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reproduce any squeen content without prior written permission.
• The name "Squeen" and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of Squeen. Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of trademark law.
• Any suggestions or feedback you provide to Squeen may be used by us for platform improvement purposes without any obligation of compensation to you.

The Squeen platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we continually strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, Squeen cannot guarantee that the service will be free from technical errors, disruptions, or downtime at all times.

• Squeen is not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or other damages arising from technical disruptions, hacking, or system failures beyond our control.
• Squeen is not responsible for the betting decisions you make. All betting decisions are entirely your own personal responsibility.
• Squeen's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
